Biography :
Fernando Salvetti, PhD and Esq. is Founder and Managing Partner of Logosnet and e-REAL Labs, organizations specializing in immersive learning, artificial intelligence, extended reality (XR), and simulation-based education. A lawyer, epistemologist, and entrepreneur, he has spent more than 30 years designing innovative training and communication solutions for universities, corporations, healthcare institutions, law firms, and public organizations across Europe and North America. His work focuses on the application of AI-driven avatars, immersive simulations, and adaptive learning systems to enhance decision-making, critical thinking, communication, cybersecurity awareness, compliance, and professional readiness. He has collaborated with leading academic and professional institutions, including projects involving Harvard-affiliated organizations, major international corporations, and public sector entities. Salvetti is the author and co-author of numerous publications on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, immersive learning, professional education, and human-centered innovation. His current research explores the intersection of AI, digital forensics, cybercrime training, extended reality, and next-generation professional development.
